Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via SKYLINE with tracking.

We also offer registered mail for small package, however is not trackable, we provide a shipping number and are not responsable for lost shipment.

We also offer you the ecoparcel service. >By selecting Ecoparcel, you pay a flat shipping fee, and get the lowest shipping courier for that delivery that day. Ecoparcel work with all most important courier and select automatically the best availlable rate for your address. Shipping may take from 1 up to 4 day and average is 48 hours delivery.

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online (excecpt registered mail).

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Outside the European Union:
Shipments may be subject to import taxes or customs duties that will be determined when the package reaches its country of destination. Such customs duties are solely payable by the receiver of the package, who will pay said fees to the shipping service or to the proper governing authorities.

N.B: Shipping to the United States of America
As above, products shipped to the USA are subject to custom fees and import duties. The receiver of the package is responsible for paying these fees. Also, US customs require that the receiver provides a social security number or Non US Citizen Import Number - CBP Customs Border Protection Assigned Number.

Failure to clear customs:
The onus is on the customer to ensure that their package clears customs by providing customs with all the necessary information and/or fees. If your package does not clear customs, it will be returned to our warehouse.
